What we collect

When a parent or guardian submits player interest, we collect the guardian’s name, email and phone number; the player’s name, grade, school and town; basketball background; and anything else you choose to tell us. When an adult expresses interest in coaching or helping, we collect their name, contact details, town and the information they provide about how they’d like to help. When someone sends a general comment or question, we collect their name, email, optional phone number and message.

We do not ask for birth dates, medical information or payment details through these forms.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate interest for Wolfpack teams and programs, and contact you about it. Submitting interest does not create an account and does not guarantee a roster position or any role.

Who sees it

Submissions are visible only to authorized Wolfpack program staff. Player information is never published on this website, and we do not sell your information.

Children

The player interest form is for parents and legal guardians. Players should not submit it themselves. Please don’t include private details about a player in a general comment — the player interest form is the right place for those.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use cookies. To prevent abuse, form submissions are rate-limited using a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address; those counters are deleted automatically within a few days, and your IP address is never stored with your submission. We do not use advertising trackers. If we measure site visits, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or collect personal information.
